First of all, I am not getting payed to do this so, all I have is
a true story to tell. My girlfriend want me to try some new diets or food planing so
the first week i went on a GLUTEN FREE diet for 7 days, second week was a all
vegetable diet, third week vegetable  smoothly 3 a day. I did' t workout or run just
did the same things, I all ways do and I lost 12 lb.
